She has also contributed chapters to many academic books.

She is a member of the sexual medicine committee of FOGSI.

She was previously a member of the adolescent health committee and, the medical disorders committee of FOGSI.

An erudite speaker she has been especially vocal about spreading awareness about teenage pregnancy and promoting the wellness of postmenopausal women, a largely ignored section of society.
